Marco Industries, based in Sittingbourne, Kent, occupies 23000 square feet of factory space, has some 25 employees to supply the United Kingdom with the majority of activity in the southern half of the UK.

The company has two main sectors of activity:

  1. Architectural Claddings

    A total package is offered to specifiers and contractors from assistance in design of both the cladding and support frame system, take off from drawings, tendering, fabrication, onsite assistance and working with experienced cladding fixing contractors.

  2. General Fabrication

The range of equipment allows the company to offer a comprehensive fabrication service for a wide range of materials and fabrication processes.

The equipment includes:

  • 3 No. Beam saws up to 3750mm throat
  • 1 No. Wall saw 4400mm. X 2200mm
  • 2 No. Vacuum presses up to 5000 x 2300mm
  • 1 No. 4000mm Box Pan folder
  • 1 No. 4000mm. Hydraulic Guillotine
  • 3 No. CNC Routers
  • 1 No. 20 strand hot wire cutter 1200mm wide
  • 1 No. Perforated drilling machine with 16 no. heads

Marco offer the following services:

AML - Bullet-Resistant Doors/Anti-Vandal Panels. Full range of Ballistics products including Kevlar and Dyneema.

Composite Panel Fabricator in all cladding panels previously shown and in Plastisol - solid laminates - PPC or PVF2 coated Aluminium - Galvanised Steel - square edged or rebated. Various foams to suit.

Wood Machinists - C.N.C. Facility ply, MDF, Tongue & Groove, cut to size and shaped.

Fire Protection Boards cut to size, machined to any shape.

Perforation Cementitious, Wood, Acoustic Tiles, Wall Cladding.

Foam Cutting Facility/Styrofoam Fabricator - hot wire facility with close tolerance of 10mm to 150mm thick maximum x 1200mm wide, and to plane to thickness of up to 600mm. Curved Roof Shape on request - Rebating facility.

Wet Cut Saw for cutting granite and marble.

Undercut Drilling Machine for fixing inserts into rear of tiles.
